I recently stayed at Apartamentos La Machacona Plaza Mayor for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly helpful and allowed us early access to the apartment. Despite the climb up 46 stairs, the apartment offered a stunning view of the square. The spacious living/kitchen area, large bathroom, and bedroom with ample wardrobes were impressive. I particularly enjoyed watching the swifts over the old town from the balcony in the early evening. The air conditioning in the main living room was a bonus, and the single beds were comfortable.
100% Recommend this hotel.

location was brilliant, very close to museo municipal. it also was really close to the main square of caceres and cáceres.

We had an exceptional stay at Apartamentos La Machacona Plaza Mayor. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved being so close to restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the twin beds were comfortable.

Perfect apartment, large lounge, balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely bars and restaurants around, bakery below, supermarket nearby. Excellent view, big living/kitchen, big bathroom and bedroom, huge wardrobes. Helpful and friendly owner, easy communication.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a spacious lounge and a balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket all nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and even allowed us early access to the apartment.
When it comes to breakfast choices, I wish there were more options.
